Lovely network outage 🖕🏽 I’m over it ***!!

@CoxComm I have spent an hour two separate times on your chat with someone trying to resolve an IT issue with my account statements. They are not escalating it to get the error fixed please help or I’ll jump over to @ATT gladly to change to them as a provider. So frustrating.

*** communications is down again for an impressive 3 day streak. As someone who uses the internet to trade futures, *** communications is not on my recommendation list for ISP. I legit would rather use boingo at this point. Unacceptable.

Hey @CoxHelp my internet has now gone out 3 times in an hour. I work from home and could use some assistance on what is causing this outage so I may report this to my superiors properly.

*** cable and internet service been down for over 12 hours in Orange County with no clear communication as to why or when service will be restored. Customer service agents/bots change names when I ask if they have been hacked. Nothing to see here, right? @FOXLA @laralogan

To whom it may concern @CoxComm @CoxHelp our *** internet and phone service have both been dead since last Friday morning, more than five days straight now and counting. The day it went out your outage texting service was giving repair time estimates; that night it stopped ETAs.
