So for two weeks, I've had my internet go down because of an outage multiple times per day. I've reached out to a live agent and they know less than the virtual agent. What's going on in Phoenix where we are having so many outages? @CoxComm

Hey @CoxComm - my service is down yet again which marks at least a dozen times in the past 2 weeks. Can consumers expect a credit or are we expected to pay full price for half *** service? Getting messages that techs are “working” on it is getting old. Please advise. Thx.

It’s been three days without internet @CoxHelp and you’re still working on the outage. No one will explain what the problem is or even given an estimate of when it will be fixed. Thinking of leaving my house just so I can shop for an alternative that will remove you from my life.

Been seeing this error almost daily recently.. @SB_RhodeIsland you paying your internet bills? Wouldn't blame you with @CoxComm being nearly $400/mo. @BallySports

I’m really starting to hate *** WiFi my WiFi be tripping like 3 times a week that’s so aggravating

Curious if anyone else having issue of fighting for years to get basic stability with internet service in non remote area. I’m in Arizona (where standards are super low anyway) but *** is trash and Verizon is a nightmare. Sadly @Eero has done nothing but waste my time as too.

Hey @CoxComm, I could really use someone who will listen to what I’m saying about my internet connectivity problems and not just hit their checklist of fixes.

Can't leave my house and my *** internet stopped working! What do I do now? Tech can't come til tomorrow afternoon. I've rebooted twice. Wifi works but no internet. Security cameras work but smart TV won't connect. Phone won't connect.

My @CoxHelp Internet has been down almost 24 hours. I've been with tech support for almost 3 hours now and nothing. I'm having to use my phone as a hotspot but I'm almost out of data. I guess I'll call AT&T.

.@CoxHelp I clicked on this offer and didn't get this offer. I called, disconnected, chatted online, told to call. I just wanted to quickly email this and ask what is the problem. Instead I wasted an hour with people that couldn't help. Please also fire Oliver the bot.

Sorry to everyone watching the stream. We had an internet outage in our area. I had been streaming to no one for like 10+ minutes before I noticed the text from *** telling us they were working to fix it...

It’s crazy how bad *** internet is, every place I’ve lived it works great for a year or so, then starts having issues out of the blue

I go to Dungeon, they tell me it’s cash only because the internet’s down. Tell me why I just knew it was ***’s fault lmfao

*** has been the worst it’s ever been today. Outage since 11 AM. Now I’m stuck with antenna TV playing the golden girls and I can’t get any work done. Which sounds not too shabby and in reality, yeah it’s not too shabby

Phones and internet are currently down at most of our school sites. Our IT Department is working with *** to restore these services.

No internet again from *** communications, for hours tonight.
