Is DirecTV having a service outage? ❌

of course directv is down 10 minutes before the iheart awards

30 second power outage and I had to reset the alarm clocks and wait for DirecTv to reboot. 😡

.@DirecTV called back. "It's a known outage issue with no timeframe on when it will be fixed." Well that would've been good information for service rep to have or communicate it through your on-screen messaging

I gotta get rid of DirecTV Stream. My streaming has not worked in weeks. I have called customer service several times and it is still not working. I may switch to YouTube TV.

I've been a customer of every live TV streaming service. In my experience, @DIRECTV Stream is hands down the best. Most intuitive UI and all the channels I want.

Hey @SamsungTV why is your home screen (home button, pop up that comes from bottom of screen w apps, sources etc) pops up delayed but not working & vanishing? Def prob w it, so now can’t access my DirecTV guide, apps, etc. Nothing happened on our end. Plz reply asap! @SamsungUS

Switched from @DIRECTV to @YouTubeTV a few months ago after Direct TV locked down channels one too many times. I must say that I love YouTube TV multi view platform.
