Got to love a random @DTE_Energy power outage going on for 8 hours and counting with conflicting restoration estimates. Online says 10:30 pm. Phone alerts and emails are all over the place and next door says 8:30. No storms or strong winds to blame it on.

The last 7 days have been meh Dte appliance protection Had to turn the furnace off so dte techs could check it Dte techs had to keep off bc carbon monoxide Finally got it fixed after being cold for days yesterday evening Now the power is out Lol 1st world problems

How about his, DTE. Go one summer without major outages and then we can talk about raising rates.

I’m was told by DTE this is way too costly a few years ago, even tho the power goes out whenever the wind blows down an old tree in our neighborhood, and they were in the midst of digging up all the gas lines for replacement.

Loud explosion and power outage in our neighborhood about an hour and a half ago. @DTE_Energy on the scene and subsequently two MORE loud explosions in the last half hour. Hope they can figure it out safely and quickly.
