Ordered Dunkin app yesterday, but road construction blocked my way. Called the store,they said cancel through the app. App said “chat support down.” I even tried reaching customer service by phone—no luck. I couldn’t get my order, but still got charged. @dunkindonuts not cool 😒

Not happy with @dunkindonuts this morning 😑 don’t let me mobile order if no one is at the **** store to fulfill it. On top of that the customer service line is down LOL hopefully someone will read my email and I’ll get a refund.
