Two days in a row, I return home, and @DuquesneLight has suffered a power outage. At what point can the @PA_PUC step in and investigate a utility for chronic power outages and failure to provide sufficient, reliable service? DLC outages are a constant in my neighborhood.

Power is back on in our neighborhood after just under 20 hours of outage. Thank you @DuquesneLight . IIRC our longest previous outage after a severe storm was about 20 hours too. So I'll keep that as a benchmark. 💡

Is @DuquesneLight going to reimburse their customers without power a full refrigerator’s worth of groceries for the power outage they’ve given zero updates about?

Maybe it is too much to ask of @DuquesneLight, but it would be nice if the app for outage updates didn’t crash whenever we have power outages around the region.
