Two days in a row, I return home, and @DuquesneLight has suffered a power outage. At what point can the @PA_PUC step in and investigate a utility for chronic power outages and failure to provide sufficient, reliable service? DLC outages are a constant in my neighborhood.

Hey @DuquesneLight, what's going on in Brighton Heights? We had a 7.5 hour outage last night and now out for 3 hours tonight already with anticipated restoration now listed as around midnight, another 3 hours or more?How are people supposed to live like this? @WPXI @WTAE @KDKA
