Is Frontier down? ❌

Would like to add I sent direct message and still no internet. Please sweet baby Jesus bring a legit internet provider to this small town. @FrontierCorp is the absolute worst

ONE DAY after Frontier fixes my Internet issue....it's down again! Only this time, the router light is red. All lights on the ONT are green. I'm guessing, however, this is an outage on THEIR end since their website won't even allow me to sign in to check if there's an outage.

We just got electricity back after an 8 hour outage. I dont know how people made it on the frontier.... i mean no internet, no netflix. I couldn't even make coffee and had to drive to get one. It was just like being a pioneer #roughingIt #Pioneer #luxuryproblems

Here we go again! @FrontierCorp my internet is down again. Couldn’t even give me 24 hours of consistent internet after a week without it! Only thing reliable is the headaches and the lack of internet… this is a horrible first month of service

I woke up and got ready to go to the gym, but I can’t open my garage. I also noticed my internet was not working. Did the normal troubleshooting which didn’t work. Saw how to do additional troubleshooting on Frontier’s app, and that solved both issues. Now too late for the gym.

9-1-1 phone lines in Elko County are currently down due to a Frontier outage.

I have FRONTIER WiFi and it has already sent several messages saying “no internet connection” this morning. This happens everyday and they apparently can’t fix it and still bill me for it. I don’t recommend using Frontier
