Is Frontier down? ❌

Cable company charged alot of money for not greatest speeds. Frontier fiber has been installed for about 5 months now, one outage is more than cable had in........idk 5 years probably.

Every single time I contact @AskFrontier about an outage they treat me like I’m an idiot, tell me there’s no outage only for me to receive a text a few hours later telling me they’ve fixed an outage. Listen to your customers.

Hey @AskFrontier, my internet went down on Saturday and I called you to get it repaired and the earliest you could send a tech is 4 days later on Tuesday. Spectrum sends their techs with 24 hours. Pls speed up your service! 4 days without internet is not acceptable nowadays.

Weird outages with Frontier Airlines. IT issue, apparently, grounding all of their planes. Also, air traffic was shut down in Belgium. What's going on now? 🙄

Anyone else in Wakarusa having internet issues with @FrontierCorp? I’ve reported it to them and they are aware of the outage. Should be fixed soon, they’re the best with customer service.

So @frontiercorp internet is down. And it's a line issue so a tech has to come out. I'm not even kidding. We're still doing this tonight. Somehow.

Optimum is notorious for having there Internet down like 100 times a year. Apparently in my area Frontier is the way to go? Anyone in northeast CT or NY agree ?! I can’t get fios which drives me NUTS

frontier sucks we been in an outage for two days

Canceled our @FrontierCorp WiFi at the beginning of the month but their system was down so it never went thru & now I have to pay for 2 months right before the holidays due to their incompetence. If you have Frontier look into @Starlink the same monthly price, way better speeds!

So my internet, cable and phone are all down and @FrontierCorp does not think it’s a priority to fix and says see you in 2 days. WTF how am I supposed to work or do anything else that might need internet???

Internet @FrontierCorp service outage just at my house and neighbors house for over a day now. I can’t get anybody on phone to resolve or explain. Frustrating

I can’t believe how bad Spectrum is. This is the longest outage I’ve ever experienced. Frontier was so much better.

. @FrontierCorp going on a 24 hour WiFi outage!!! Nobody will answer a phone call either. Unacceptable!

My internet is down (thanks @FrontierCorp) and now I don’t know who’s knocking on my door cuz I can’t see my ring app.

My Internet is out. Thank goodness I have Solis. I bought 5G of data and a Hotspot about 4 years ago. @FrontierCorp has been trying to get me to upgrade from dsl. This router is only about a month old. Something seems off about this outage.

Update.. at 7:37pm the @AskFrontier outage is still happening and new estimated time is 11:37pm???

frontier was doing so good our first year and now that we’re paying full price there’s literally a service outage every other day

Hello…@AskFrontier can you please confirm if there is an Internet outage in Huntington Beach, CA. I’ve rebooted the router a few times and still have no internet access. Problem started approximately 3pm.
