Got @FrontierCorp installed two weeks ago. Since then, they got hacked and lost all my personal information and the internet has been down for a week straight. Cancelling.

Been 7 days without internet. Somehow my bill was still paid on time. Company having internal technical issues but no issues processing my auto bill pay. Smh @FrontierCorp @AskFrontier

Frontier Communications is having 'technical issues.' AT&T notifies 73 million customers of stolen info, and the FCC is looking into 911 outages in 4 states. The MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR COMPANIES who are responsible for the nation's communications can't secure their networks?!?

Hey @FrontierCorp, how am I supposed to report an outage if your mobile app is not functioning and you can’t take calls or man your customer service lines?

It’s ok we don’t have service @FrontierCorp @AskFrontier (not ok, but understandable - things happen). But the fact that you keep updating site to say it’s only an internal issue when reddit, twitter, and third party sites all have hundreds of reports otherwise is upsetting

Fryday am hittin’ with the full internet outage over here. That means no phones, no online ordering for our customers right now. 😵💫 Called @FrontierCorp & the message said: “We’re experiencing internet trouble & can’t take your call” 🥴 Good times. Dining room still open 👍

Arena Breakout, the "Tarkov" Copycat of mobile gaming will be released on PC, info suggest that it will be F2P. Look, i'm all for it but this kind of F2P extraction based game will attract cheaters, folks quit tarkov due to the cheating issue, remember Cycle Frontier??

Hey @FrontierCorp what exactly is going on? My internet has been out for at least the past 3 days and when I call customer service, I'm told you're unable to do anything because of a technical issue. Will there be bill credits for the downtime? Compensation for missed work?

It has been 2 days since Frontier has been down. internet works, but I can't get on to update my new debit card to pay my bill. It may be longer, I just got the email Monday night! They can't talk to anyone or take pay by phone pymts - when I call it says NO ONE can talk to you.

What the **** is going on with ISPs in DFW? Spectrum internet has been down for five days where I live without any updates. I looked into Frontier, and apparently their entire communications have been down for two days and they can't take customers or service existing ones.

ONE DAY after Frontier fixes my Internet issue....it's down again! Only this time, the router light is red. All lights on the ONT are green. I'm guessing, however, this is an outage on THEIR end since their website won't even allow me to sign in to check if there's an outage.
