Is H&R Block down? ❌

We are happy to report the issue that was affecting a small number of our downloadable desktop software users has been resolved.

Waiting until the last day and then complain about the H&R Block website being down → 👍 It's having connectivity issues for a reason. Look in the mirror.

Used @HRBlock tax software since 2004. Servers are down all day, unable to e-file desktop returns. Post office closes 5pm so about to make e-payments at IRS and state website, print hard copies and mail. Tax day is beyond 5 9's availability need! Will never use HR Block again.

Finally got to chat to someone from @HRBlock software support, they said the server problems should be resolved by noon central time. So we'll see. #hrblock #TaxDay

Never use @HRBlock software again to file taxes electronically. Once you’re all done and ready to hit send it showed an error. My husband has been trying to call them for 12 hrs. Customer support makes you wait for hours then cuts you off after you get a human to answer.

Ahh yes, the ADHD realization that it's Tax day, going to file your taxes, and finding out the tax software you used for the better part of a decade (@HRBlock @HRBlockAnswers ) tax filing gateway is down... but not their payment gateway! So... many.. pending... charges...

About to go send my taxes in through the physical mail like the times before the internet to file my taxes. The radio silence from @HRBlock @HRBlockAnswers is baffling. How could your servers go down the day before tax day with no response or statement at all at this point?

Servers are down for e-filing taxes @HRBlock. A lot of people have been trying since yesterday afternoon. Getting “Bad Gateway” errors. No communication is happening except through users having the same issue in Ooklas website for down sites. @FoxNews pass it on.

Been trying to submit my tax return with @HRBlock since yesterday but keep getting back connection. Did all the troubleshooting they recommended, but checking reddit, looks like their server is down. still have the issue this morning. Last time I use them.

Don't know if this will do anything but @POTUS @VP @IRSnews @USTreasury thousands of people haven't been able to e-file their taxes since late afternoon yesterday with @HRBlock @HRBlockAnswers due to their servers being down with almost no support or resolution yet.

Mental note: Pay the money to have an accountant file taxes next year. Barring that, do them a tad earlier and MAIL them in. @HRBlock's server issues and multiple holds on my card have cured me of e-filing.

On the eve of Tax Day, @HRBlock is suffering a major outage. Their servers are down & thousands of people are unable to file their taxes. @cnn @knbc @kabc @ktla @kcalnews Their support has been unreachable.

So @HRBlock @HRBlockAnswers is down. So many people, including me, are getting this . Taxes are due tomorrow. There needs to be an update from the team about if we should file an extension or if there's an ETA of a resolution, or at least ACKNOWLEDGE it's being worked on please.

Service down right before the tax day. Way to go @HRBlockAnswers @HRBlock No service, no support, no communication. Did you out sourced all your IT support? We can teach you a thing or two about customer service, and what so called 'incident management'.

Tired to file my taxes using @HRBlock’s software tonight, but apparently their servers are down. It’s funny the connection was fine when they charged $19.95 to my card twice for the two attempts to efile federal and state taxes. #TaxDay #TaxDay2024

So I emailed every news station I could think of about this @HRblock bull I keep getting the runaround. I called customer service last night THEY saw my bank statements showing I paid. I called today and of course he's not working today.

Since they won't make an official announcement, @HRBlock free file has been down all afternoon so don't even bother trying to file anything right now. They hope people get frustrated & upgrade to one of their pay services because they won't directly address the issue.

Of course when I go to do my taxes @HRBlock is down 😭😭🤣

Is anyone having trouble filing their returns on H&R Block website? I'm trying to sign and approve, but it's not loading right in that I can't enter my PIN. I tried three different browsers and an app. Does the AT&T outage have anything to do with this glitch?
