Flight attendants at @JetBlue don’t even say hello or welcome aboard when you board the plane. Customer service has gone down the hill.
Been looking at @JetBlue flights this morning, I go back two hours later and not only did the flights I’m looking at miraculously TRIPLE in price, now the website is simply not working at all… taking at this as a sign I shouldn’t book the flight…

Flight from BOS to LAX really good. Minus the WiFi not working. But that’s okay I had already downloaded one of my kindle books, so I got to enjoy that. Good flight @JetBlue once more! Especially through the Rocky Mountains. ☺️
besides the wifi not working for majority of my flight, the kindness of the flight crew is drastically different going from islip to orlando vs on the way here. it’s disappointing that they’re just rude no reason 🤷🏻♀️ @JetBlue great job on the new route! 🤣

I'm on an @AmericanAir flight from LA to Charlotte, where they are charging *$35 * for internet (which has gone down twice in the 30 minutes since I purchased it.) For a single flight. Does the market allow this when most other airlines now charge $8 or offer it free (JetBlue?)
I’ve had a few minor delays with Amtrak but nothing compares to my current fiasco with @JetBlue Flying out to LA for a wedding and have had two flights on back to back days cancelled after 7 hours of delays waiting in the airport. time for @SecretaryPete bring down the hammer

Wow, @JetBlue is 🗑. Another flight's aircraft had maintenance issues, so naturally, they canceled my flight and delayed me over an hour.
JetBlue is annoying Keep trying to book a return flight. It charges my card and takes my points but the app can’t complete my reservation Today it processed everything and then told me I had an error on the form Start over. Points are “used”. Reservation still not complete
Sitting on @JetBlue flight at gate at #BOS for the last hour. Pilot just announced the airline is having a fleet wide tech issue preventing them from dispatching flights. Ugh. $jblu.
By far the most frustrating experience in air travel I’ve had post-pandemic today with @JetBlue. Boarded on time, sat for nearly an hour with no updates as to why. Issue was fixed, moved maybe 50 feet and stopped for another 30min without any info. Unreal nonsense so far today.
Waiting to take off on my @JetBlue flight. Doors closed. Pilot announces we’ll have to wait another 30 min to take off because they need to wait for the TAPE to fix a maintenance issue. TAPE??? WHAT ON A PLANE GETS FIXED WITH TAPE? That’s terrifying.
