no uber does not ask you to verify your identity regularly, they only ask when you go on and offline quickly like for instance when you are driving lyft and turning uber on and off between the other apps rides

my @lyft app hasn’t been working for the past day and i unplugged it and plugged it back in several times. wonder if anyone else is having issues

So @lyft @AskLyft you can just put pending holds on accounts no resolution when they will be released, no contact phone number to resolve issues. #Criminals I will continue to blast this company on social media platforms until my issue is resolved.

I've had to switch between public transportation and ride-hail services in the DMV recently and @lyft is so much more reliable than Uber. Uber's customer service is just as crappy as its app. Estimates are often wrong, drivers cancel randomly. Never had issues with Lyft.

Some pair of ***** for @lyft to send a push notification telling me to update their app. I keep all my apps updated and don't even use Lyft much. Just because you released a major bug doesn't mean I want to be interrupted. Maybe put the notification in the app instead

So many problems with @Uber_Support . Impossible to reach anyone via phone, chat or email. Ride yesterday was quoted just a little more than @lyft, so I booked with @Uber. BIG MISTAKE. When @Uber receipt came through, the charge was 34% HIGHER THAN QUOTED. What a rip-off!

My 2nd @Lyft driver didn’t stop on first pass. I called, he looped around. Then claimed Lyft app not working and charging me on different system for my 91 mile ride after I’m already in and loaded.

I’m glad @lyft has competent support and I’m proud to be a drive on your platform. @Uber_Support has not been able to resolve a issue I had in 2022 and is still currently an issue 🤯 I’ve got the same scripted responses since 2022

That outage yesterday was a mess couldn’t get a Uber or Lyft thank *** for the bus but oh my I tell you my anxiety was through the roof I haven’t been on a bus since 2018 when a car hit the bus as I was getting off the bus n I hadn’t been on a bus since had to get somewhere

#lyftdriver I turned auto-switch off. what I wish Lyft would fix next is: when I am on my way to pick someone up, but another driver is closer and they get the ride. I get nothing even though I have already put in the effort. I should be paid per minute/mile and for fuel.
