Optimum install part 5 .. yeah - again - it did not happen. Apparently the line work they did broke it worse - so now they have to fix the fix .. 😳😱 Another 5 hours - just gone. And no Internet still… next update in 7-10 days #CustomerExperience

Hear my guy on the phone w/ @optimum because they are faking power outages to avoid helping us & the rep faked the phone issues & claimed we never contacted before this. Now they are saying they’ll call us back. It’s been a month of this just to not let him talk to a supervisor.
