So @optimum took my internet service off line without my permission... when I finally called them to fix the issue they transferred me to 14 different people... and after 2:30hrs of being on the phone with them they finally told me it'd be fixed in 48 hrs ... @AGWilliamTong

So, in the interest of fairness, my issues with @OptimumHelp were escalated to corporate resolution. Brian worked very hard to resolve everything. I am happy to report that so far, my connection issues are a thing of the past and my bill has been adjusted to my satisfaction.

Pehle SPOM SITE visit Karo, develop Karo, so much issues with inefficient portal with inefficient faculties. There is one concept "optimum utilisation of resources" which says resources should be utilised efficiently but not at the cost of (low) quality. #ICAI
