Another week, another @optimum outage. They tell me there’s no issue yet multiple people on my block have no phone, TV or internet for hours. Think it’s time to cancel and go to Verizon because they never have these issues. Tired of the lying to customers instead of helping.

Once again @OptimumHelp your service is down for 12 hours plus in Dayton Texas area and no reason given. Just that it is down. I swear if I had another choice I’d change in a heart beat after 10 years of using the service. Maybe @Starlink will be here soon.

How many people have actual traditional landlines vs. glorified VoIP phone services from Optimum/Verizon? I've had 50x more cable/home phone outages than AT&T wireless outages over the years.

All service appointments have a standard service charge of $80. However, if our field technician determines that the issue is solely related to Optimum equipment or outside wiring (from the pole to your house), this charge will be waived. As usual no help
