SDG&E in San Diego County. Planned Power Outage. Outage map says it is updated every 5 minutes. Not updated for TWO HOURS. Will be 90 outside, 95 inside. Only nearby "Cool Zone" is the Library which only allows Service Dogs. Guess we will be burning gas in the driveway for A/C
