Thank you guys at @GetSpectrum and @Ask_Spectrum, every outage I've had with you guys has been an actual electrical outage, and you've alerted me more than @SDGE ever has. Also, I appreciate the optimism, but there is NO WAY this is getting fixed by 5:00 PST.

Internet stops working. Call @Ask_Spectrum, they say the outage is just for TV. it's not. They schedule to send someone out tomorrow and then I get a notification saying I can cancel that because the outage was cleared. Meanwhile.....

If anyone is having issues with Spectrum outages, it's because they're doing some sort of Fiber upgrade across the US right now that will last for a week. I had to figure this out myself bc the ******** at @Ask_Spectrum refused to say anything. Thanks, Reddit! #Spectrum

The N41 bandwidth decrease has been nothing but, a disaster. Slower speeds, broken SA carrier aggregation, NSA using half of the spectrum only and, getting loss on tests that are upwards of 99%. Engineering team will definitely need to sit down and, iron things out.
