A friend and I both pay @tdstelecom for 1Gbps and we live 10 miles apart. We're both getting an identical 440Mbps down and 1Gbps up. I think they're capping some speeds.

Pretty disappointing @tdstelecom Internet been out since Friday afternoon and the best they're willing to do is have a guy come out Tuesday late afternoon. They know there's an issue, but are either unwilling or unable to call it an outage and fix it.
