Wow normally I owe taxes but so far TurboTax is showing over $1,000 refund. Still waiting on the other forms though so it’ll probably go down a little bit once that income is logged.

As expected @TeamTurboTax is about as useless as sofware itself just wasting my time making this my problem, telling me to clear cookies again, use Firefox (wtf) and so on if you pay @TurboTax – be expected to be neglected as a customer if their **** doesn't work

Hey @turbotax I’ve been sitting here with the error “There’s an issue on our end. We’re on it.” for over 6hrs now. The site suddenly logged me out, and it will not let me back in. Am I going to be able to file my taxes or not?

Now I know why I should use the desktop version of TurboTax, it works even when the Internet goes down.

gotta LOVE IT when clients call in saying “TurboTax won’t accept my 1099” then expect ME to fix the TurboTax website🤦🏼♀️ i’ll gladly comb through your 1099 to look for errors but i’m not tech support with TurboTax

TurboTax is a great product because I’ve now spent 2 hrs working with their team on a problem *with their software* that they don’t know how to fix and they want to charge me for this live support.

Anyone else been experiencing issues with @turbotax this year? I file five returns, a joint return and one for each of my kids. The online version does not give you access to forms, and I had a particularly challenging issue with a supplemental schedule associated with a K1.

When your call with an @turbotax support rep ends with…”clearly that’s a bug, we’ll file a ticket and fix it for next year” 🙄🤒😵💫📑

Hey @turbotax I've got a bug in the state review section that is probably a bit beyond normal customer support as it appears the UI is actually having an issue. Do you have any resources I can connect with that are technical in nature to share the problem with?

Worst customer service experience ever yeaterday with @turbotax . Couldn't remeber my password and their recovery system is tedious AND not working yesterday. Over an hour with a rep onnthe ohone (even more painful) and they've till couldn't resolve it.

Furious that @GustoHQ continues to send marketing emails (for things like TurboTax) to my employees after repeatedly contacting support. Someone is asleep at the wheel over there. Can anyone help???
