Disgusting service by @HSBC @HSBC_IN I requested for Addon Card to get lounge access as it was told to me when I was getting my primary card ,all the services will be same for Addon Card as primary but lounge access was not working on this addon card .Worst customer service

@HSBCMutualFund When equity markets crashed, hsbc mutual fund website is always down. We are facing technical error when selecting a bank. No option to make investment. @amfiindia @SEBI_India please help here, if websites stops working at critical time, what's the use of it.
