Ever since Verizon went down a couple weeks ago my phone just randomly stops sending and receiving messages here and there

It’s been more than a year and a half since I have had Verizon home Internet. No outages yet. It stayed on even during the Verizon phone outage a few years ago.

I would venture to guess that if a Japanese company had incidents like the recent prolonged Verizon outage or Hulu going blank (right during MLB playoffs) for hours, there would at least be profound apologies and explanations. In America -- not a peep from the companies...

Hey @Verizon an agent via chat said there’s no outage in the Bronx, an agent overseas told me via phone there’s no outage, when I call customer support, the auto voice tells me there is an outage. So which is it??? We’ve had no cell service since last Thursday. Get it together!

Wow Verizon internet outage is back for me. I know this has been an ongoing issue for a couple days nationwide, and certainly in the city. They’re so ******. Spectrum, Comcast, all competitors are all popping champagne.
