Got to love @verizonfios @Verizon. Internet is down on Christmas. What a great day for this to happen. Overpriced, underwhelming Internet. Every week it's another outage.

If anyone is condsidering using Optimum Internet service--don't do it. The internet is not working now. I use it for work. They told me they could not fix it for 2 days. That never happens with Spectrum. What is the number for Verizon FIOS?

Hey @Verizon How long before you fix your tower in Brownstown, IN? The entire town is sick of your incompetence. Days upon days of the tower not working, causing issues for those who rely on cell service for work. Many have already left your carrier with more to follow.

So I finally got thru to @Verizon and they say it’s an outage in the area. Yall could’ve led with that when I initially called. He said it’s a higher call time cause everyone is callin about it.
