AT&T refunded me $2.70 for a 1-day disruption in service that they fixed (I didn't even notice it!). Meanwhile @verizonfios home internet has been out for a week (still down) and they've not even reached out. @ATT your customer support is amazing. @Verizon you need to do better.

Got a network trouble ticket filed for Verizon. After they resolved an outage, my data has been terrible. Losing n77 often and I have to keep toggling video streaming maximizer on Ultimate Unlimited because it keeps throttling my videos randomly.
