Is Verizon down?

If anyone is condsidering using Optimum Internet service--don't do it. The internet is not working now. I use it for work. They told me they could not fix it for 2 days. That never happens with Spectrum. What is the number for Verizon FIOS?

Hey @Verizon How long before you fix your tower in Brownstown, IN? The entire town is sick of your incompetence. Days upon days of the tower not working, causing issues for those who rely on cell service for work. Many have already left your carrier with more to follow.

So I finally got thru to @Verizon and they say it’s an outage in the area. Yall could’ve led with that when I initially called. He said it’s a higher call time cause everyone is callin about it.

.@ATT your loyalty dept ended my phone call asking about how I want to go about switching to Verizon and bullshitting me. all I wanted was respect and compensation for yet another outage. maybe teach them what this dept is actually for.

Hey @Verizon, @VerizonSupport. Why does my internet speed goes way down at the end of each month. I did call in the past after making me move the router ALL over my house, someone told me to get another plan and it was only $5 more so I got it. But guess what nothing changed...

Soooo when I traded in my 15 Pro to get the 17 Pro Max (which I absolutely love) Verizon has been charging me for 2 phones and never applied promotional credits they were supposed to. It wasn't until I sat down with them on the phone to go over my extremely high bill
