Is Verizon Fios down? ❌

i believe i led the movement that got the current verizon fios internet outage fixed

guess @verizon #fios in #nyc has **** it's self again. It was fine and dandy until it wasn't... now there is no internet service. the automated troubleshooting tool suggests there is a power outage. but where, my apartment, building, and around me have power... @verizonsupport

As y’all may have heard, there’s a Fios outage in my neck of the woods, so…might be a minute before I can cut up any of today’s interviews, but I’ll make sure I have a carrier pigeon deliver my story to @JMartinoMyCJ tomorrow…big notebook coming off of the opening weekend.

.@verizonfios @VerizonSupport @Verizon Apparently, Verizon knows how to MAKE an appointment. They just don’t know how to KEEP an appointment. FIOS TV issues for more than a month. Remote service created new issues. And customer service is awful! What am I paying for?

Anyone using FiOS notice the Internet down, Fios support not working I’m assuming another hack!

My home FIOS network has been offline since 4pm yesterday (no internet no cable TV) and won't be back until after midnight tonight (so they say), so I'm getting a lot done today.

If you want to create the worst possible #CX experience, just emulate @verizonfios @VerizonSupport. Newly upgraded service is not working and getting competent support is impossible.

I truly hate Comcast internet. When I had FIOS, I had 3 issues in an about 8 year period. It's always something every couple of weeks or every month with Comcast.
