A tale of two customer service experiences 1. @united this morning. Issue resolved in 5 minutes. So easy 2. @Verizon Fios this afternoon. 3 hours with customer service. Still not resolved. Tried to upsell me while not being able to turn on channels I'm paying for.

Hi @Verizon @verizonfios when are you planning to fix this error? I want to see my bill because I was overcharged and your website has been on error for a month now. You won’t email it and will only mail a paper statement to my old address which is not helpful. Cmon!

Boyyyyyy @verizonfios y'all are pure poo. No internet at home now for 96+ hours & counting and I had to leave my house to go in the office on both of my 2 telework days. Then I guarantee the credit you offer is going to be way under the amount I had to spend to offset the BS

Verizon Fios gone catch a lawsuit having internet down for almost 3 days straight with no explanation or compensation for people relying upon their internet for business needs.

Bruh it has been an internet outage in my neighborhood since Monday night. @verizonfios your days are numbered. Every time I call it’s a new expected fix time. Now it’s 11:30 tonight. Plus I work from home on Fridays. You about to start messing with the 💰💰💰😤😤😤😡

guess @verizon #fios in #nyc has **** it's self again. It was fine and dandy until it wasn't... now there is no internet service. the automated troubleshooting tool suggests there is a power outage. but where, my apartment, building, and around me have power... @verizonsupport

Anyone using FiOS notice the Internet down, Fios support not working I’m assuming another hack!

My home FIOS network has been offline since 4pm yesterday (no internet no cable TV) and won't be back until after midnight tonight (so they say), so I'm getting a lot done today.

If you want to create the worst possible #CX experience, just emulate @verizonfios @VerizonSupport. Newly upgraded service is not working and getting competent support is impossible.
