Is Verizon Fios down? ❌

Is Verizon Fios down for anyone else? C’mon @VerizonSupport, some of us need the internet for our jobs. 👿 This is happening way too often.

I am a Verizon Fios customer for over 10 years. Pay very 200 a month. WiFi down. No tv or internet. No help until Thursday. Verizon makes 133 billion a year. But no help available. Looking at @YouTubeTV. #disappointed. @VerizonSupport @Verizon @verizonfios

As y’all may have heard, there’s a Fios outage in my neck of the woods, so…might be a minute before I can cut up any of today’s interviews, but I’ll make sure I have a carrier pigeon deliver my story to @JMartinoMyCJ tomorrow…big notebook coming off of the opening weekend.

Is @verizonfios down or having difficult post earthquake? My internet has been connection has been terrible.

.@verizonfios @VerizonSupport @Verizon Apparently, Verizon knows how to MAKE an appointment. They just don’t know how to KEEP an appointment. FIOS TV issues for more than a month. Remote service created new issues. And customer service is awful! What am I paying for?

Wow @Xfinity is a trash box ISP. I’ve never had had random outrages, installation issues, or issues contacting a REAL person with @verizonfios. Verizon please get y’all Fios over here NOW!

Anyone using FiOS notice the Internet down, Fios support not working I’m assuming another hack!

My home FIOS network has been offline since 4pm yesterday (no internet no cable TV) and won't be back until after midnight tonight (so they say), so I'm getting a lot done today.

If you want to create the worst possible #CX experience, just emulate @verizonfios @VerizonSupport. Newly upgraded service is not working and getting competent support is impossible.

I truly hate Comcast internet. When I had FIOS, I had 3 issues in an about 8 year period. It's always something every couple of weeks or every month with Comcast.

Thank you Verizon FIOS One for cutting out the last minute of the Duke/NC State basketball game. This new FIOS service is awful. Screen freeze every few minutes. Meanwhile no problem with Roku and Xbox wi fi.
