Is Verizon Wireless Having an Outage in Charlottesville, City of Charlottesville, Virginia Right Now?

@VerizonWireless my phone is not working in Puerto Rico without wifi (still can't text non iPhone users) and I'm about to cry. Please help.

Is @PlanetFitness going to reimburse me for the wifi not working bc @VerizonWireless doesn't play games ?!
