why I done had Verizon come fix my phone screen and they done ****** my phone up!!! It won’t even turn on I’m so irked.

So I signed up for Home Internet through @Verizon in December/January and I am still empty handed. They suspended my service due to a "glitch" My promo deals were denied. and no resolution has been done or given. @VerizonSupport @InsideVerizon I can give more details....
