Hey @VerizonSupport I just wanna know how am I supposed to pay a bill if the app and website never works?? Y’all are quick with those emails to say I’m late but I keep getting errors and try again later.

Hey @VerizonSupport I purchased Applecare+ with two iPhone 15’s thru your app and the AC+ didn’t automatically connect to the phones. Now no one at Verizon or Apple can figure out how to fix it. Can someone please help me? #verydisappointed

@VerizonSupport my phone will not connect to a network & it says I can only make emergency calls, unless I am in contact with a wifi network. I've tried to reset the phone a few times. Did not work

Verizon cell service has become so terrible lately. I either always have an SOS signal or I have 4 bars of 5G and still can’t load websites?

I updated my phone last week and woke up to no service. Verizon was no help in fixing it after 3 store visits and 5+ hours on the phone, so I was forced to buy a new phone. Come out of hiding so I can take my anger out on you sissies… the longer I wait the worse it gets for you.

A tale of two customer service experiences 1. @united this morning. Issue resolved in 5 minutes. So easy 2. @Verizon Fios this afternoon. 3 hours with customer service. Still not resolved. Tried to upsell me while not being able to turn on channels I'm paying for.

Hi @Verizon @verizonfios when are you planning to fix this error? I want to see my bill because I was overcharged and your website has been on error for a month now. You won’t email it and will only mail a paper statement to my old address which is not helpful. Cmon!
