We are finally breaking down and paying for a service plan/phone from Verizon. After more than 10yrs of Tracfone irritating service they have now completely quit working.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra on Verizon Wireless network. New SIM card. Will not stay connected. Signal strength bouncing all over the place while sitting in one lovation. Neither organization will do anything about the issue nor are they providing any information. #Verizon #Samsung

A tale of two customer service experiences 1. @united this morning. Issue resolved in 5 minutes. So easy 2. @Verizon Fios this afternoon. 3 hours with customer service. Still not resolved. Tried to upsell me while not being able to turn on channels I'm paying for.

That @viasat connectivity on @Delta was 🔥 10x faster than even @Verizon on ground. Just latency was an issue but I cannot believe Delta gives it for free. No issue getting any work done.

I don't know if the problem is with @VerizonSupport or @NBCSPhilly, but here in Delaware, the signal JUST FOR THE NBCSportsPhilly channels on Verizon is awful and has BEEN awful FOR YEARS. Mainly with pixelating/breaking up picture and choppy audio. No other channels do this.

Here’s why it’s so frustrating- phone goes into SOS mode, including when you’re trying to call for help. @VerizonSupport - is this due to @AppleSupport’s recent upgrade on iPhones? Or an outage? Is there an expected fix date?
