Is Verizon down? ❌

love waking up to my phone not working and having to rush over to the Verizon store just for them to fix it in 30 seconds. today is going great so far.

If my phone worked I wouldn’t be so upset about this power outage. **** you verizon

I am just gonna let everyone know how terrible @Verizon @VerizonSupport I'd. Especially if you have an issue with your phone like I do. Worst phone company hands down. I'm switching the second my phone is paid off. They severely over charge on your bill and do nothing to help

First sports bar we went to had DirecTV and doesn’t get any ESPN channels (including ACCN) anymore, Verizon is down and won’t let me log in to the ESPN app, they really make it impossible to watch these games

Another weekend with no WiFi thanks @optimum ! 2 weeks ago got a service upgrade to 2gbs Has only worked for 3/4 days 10/11 days no WiFi no cable, with 2 kids and 2 teenagers in the house Everyone go with @Verizon for your internet Optimum is a total let down ..

Welp, my entire internet is down, including my cable. Verizon Fios chose a **** of time to **** the bed and I’ll have to rely on Orioles Twitter to know what’s happening.

Yoo @VerizonSupport we have down and broken cable wires up and down my neighborhood and y’all have yet to send anybody to see what’s going on. I have no internet and we work from home and school just started. Do something!!!!!!!

Ok had my first WiFi outage during a game. I feel like @Verizon should pay me for negligent infliction of emotional distress.

It’s already been 24hrs with no resolution. If this network outage isn’t resolved by tomorrow - I promise you ima find another provider. Lol. I don’t be having the time man! @VerizonSupport

Verizon home internet service out since 8am this morning in queens NY .Verizon customer support seems no clue on ETA or what is going on . @verizonfios @Verizon @VerizonSupport. Outage site says check after 12 hours static message :(

Hey @VerizonSupport @Verizon You should have laid the lines down years ago when everyone on my street was ready to sign agreements… but you didn’t. Now we all have home internet through our cell carriers😂 It’s double your advertised speeds and half the price.🤷🏼‍♂️

I got an $80 credit on my bill when @optimum internet was down for over 24 hours. Call them and ask for the Retention Department. Tell them you're going to cancel and switch to Verizon.

If Verizon Fios has any good business sense they should be mailing out discounts for Internet plans to every single Optimum customer affected by this outage. I am so SICK of Optimum. "99.9% network reliability" my ***. Dealt with the same **** at the last house I had it at.

Verizon Fios.... My internet was down all day after a standard power outage. I tried to fix it, reboot router, unplug this, unplug that, replug wait replug. The whole kit and kabootle. Even went outside to the ONT and did similar reset/reboot. Nothing worked. So... we had to CALL

Hey @Verizon, pretty not cool that I've had FIOS for about a week and my service went down and now I can't have internet back until Tuesday?! Pretty unreal. Not a great look.

Lost internet on Aug 29. @breezeline assured me it was an outage. I insisted it was the equipment. Well, no outages left, and still no internet. Best @breezeline said they could do is send a tech Sept 5. I work from home. Unacceptable. Time to go to the @Verizon store?
