Do NOT use @WOW_WAY as an internet service provider. I’ve had them since December and it has been incredibly inconsistent and I’ve had way too many problems with them. Not to mention how expensive it is! Trash service, trash company, avoid at all costs.

I love that Twitter/X is the way I find out @WOWCare is so down, their support lines are down too. Support numbers and chat are unresponsive. Montgomery Alabama I’m reading is apart of a major outage?

Go figure another night where stream suffers all because of my internet provider. I'm so sick and tired of @WOW_WAY and the trash internet once again. Time to go to a provider who doesn't have problems EVERYDAY!
