Everyone make sure u check ur xfinity bills. I was charged for a box & remote for over 2 yrs when I sent back those items asap to them. And I stream so don’t need that. Called to correct many issues onbill & 2 hrs later and nothing supervisor never called. They owe me over $200.
I’m so incredibly done with @Xfinity Stream is down today because of it. Let alone it being down for the last 9 days between the hours of 4am and 10am. So many problems. What does customer support tell me??? Sorry. Come on. Do better.
Troubleshooting connection problems with Xfinity is fun bc after unplugging and rebooting everything to no avail, the chatbot will be like “we’ve detected no problems, your internet is perfect actually… Have you considered that maybe you’re just kind of an idiot?”
I like using @Xfinity so I'm giving honest feedback... It shouldn't take 1 hour on the phone with an agent to schedule a technician to fix your wifi. Even with troubleshooting and speed tests... You could do this in less than 10 min with a chatbot. @XfinitySupport
Excuse me @Xfinity but shouldn't you warn us if you are planning work on our systems that will cause outages? We both work from home and this was a deeply unpleasant surprise this morning

I can only imagine how happy all the last-minute income tax filers in Chicago were today when @Xfinity's multi-hour internet outage -- literally described by the rep as a "system upgrade" -- started early this afternoon and ended around 6:30pm. You guys are great. #xfinity
