Is Xfinity down? ❌

How fitting is it that my internet connection goes down on the very morning that I’m planning on dumping @Xfinity as an ISP

My xfinity network is down so ggs on having a good connection lol back to being nerfed ig

.@Xfinity your web/tv app is TERRIBLE. garbage. YouTube in 06 was better than this. The mobile app doesn’t support PiP. The TV app buffers constantly. It’s an awful product. Fix it.

Hey @Xfinity @XfinitySupport Thank you for an incredibly frustrating day. After 2 trips to the store and multiple hours on the phone, we still don’t have the issue resolved. And TBH, the aggravation is not worth the $25 credit on the bill for a longtime customer.

So . . . I wonder how @verizon is doing during these outages with @ATT and @Xfinity . . . 🤷

Why is @ATT SO bad?! We had Xfinity for years and thought we hated it. Had AT&T internet now for maybe 2 months and have had an outage nearly every week. This is straight EXHAUSTING in an era when a lot of us work from home!!

I need to find another company who has WiFi. Because yeah I had with xfinity… like I stay having to use unscheduled pto cause they stay having WiFi power outages in my area, this been going on for over the last 6 month. **** ******* annoying.

There’s got to be some type of incentive offered to paying @Xfinity customers who experience an all day internet 🛜 outage out of their control. I pay the bill in order to work from home. I should be credited for duration of the outage.

This is insane @Xfinity there’s been an outage for an entire day now, I can’t talk to an agent because you prevent the option from doing so because there’s an outage in my area? Who thought it was a good idea to prevent customers from talking to service reps due to an outage?

I got one afternoon off this week and of course xfinity wanna have a ******* outage

Everyone make sure u check ur xfinity bills. I was charged for a box & remote for over 2 yrs when I sent back those items asap to them. And I stream so don’t need that. Called to correct many issues onbill & 2 hrs later and nothing supervisor never called. They owe me over $200.

I’m so incredibly done with @Xfinity Stream is down today because of it. Let alone it being down for the last 9 days between the hours of 4am and 10am. So many problems. What does customer support tell me??? Sorry. Come on. Do better.

Troubleshooting connection problems with Xfinity is fun bc after unplugging and rebooting everything to no avail, the chatbot will be like “we’ve detected no problems, your internet is perfect actually… Have you considered that maybe you’re just kind of an idiot?”
