Did anyone else's WP Engine sites just go down?

Put in big hours on my new website today. Painstakingly worked my way through @AstraWP (not intuitive) - made it work, saved all the way. Then website became unresponsive. Was it a @WPengine outage? Or is Astra just not that good? All up a hellish day. Starting from scratch now.

So I’m on the middle of transferring three sites to @pressable and domain provisioning seems to be stuck and all three sites are down now - domain not found. Never happened @wpengine. It’s 2:30 am and I’ve been dealing with this for an hour.

Learned during today's outage that when @wpengine has a server failure (multiple clients affected), website error logs are also not available, so no way to even begin troubleshooting. Chat agents kinda clueless. #wordpress
