****** at @Afrihost @vumatel internet has been down for basically 2 days now and they don't give a ****. They can't provide an ETA and posted absolutely NOWHERE about an outage and you had to chase them to be told that. Happy to take your money to provide nothing.

So according to @Afrihost, the fibre outage in WC and NC is due to faulty devices which @FFFibre @FrogfootSupport is still working on replacing/fixing almost 48 hours later 🤔. Do they not have redundancy? Do replacements take this long? This is unacceptable
