I started having @Afrihost internet problems on 21 May. Disconnects are still intermittent, and the connection is not stable enough to do my online therapy sessions. Thank heavens for my 3G Wi-Fi modem from @Vodacom.
Thanks to the @Afrihost team for their work on the OpenServe fibre outage, and the impact of said outage in my area. Internet seems stable, and the family isn't complaining about buffering on Netflix 😜 Good work, folks!
Afrihost, openserve clients have been down since 09h00 yesterday. Major outage causing major disruption to working people's lives. Only 3 updates received since yesterday. Surely a major outage requires updates every 15 minutes. Do I need to work elsewhere than my home? When ?
