Since Friday the 1st of August @Vodacom your data network has been down in Madibogo North West. I called several times with promises to fix the issue and still nothing. This is a breach of contract BTW.

We are experiencing a Fiber total outage and GSM intermittent. The GSM is slow while Fiber is totally offline.
There has been no official communication or timeliness for resolution.

#vodacom please can you help with my refund and the network that is down again. The network guys arent communicating and they are the ones who said i would get a refund on the 16th of last month. I think it would be best to ask for two months and then they can phone to negotiate
