I regret the day I switched to @Vodacom fibre. Our neighbour’s line went down, they got sorted and now ours is off and had to also log a call. I swear that technician did it on purpose so that he can be paid for all these calls. To make matter worse, @Vodacom’s SLA is 4 days 🤬🤬

Because @vodacom111 @Vodacom think that me having fibre so my wifi works, is something they don’t have to supply, I’m now looking for new suggestions for fibre suppliers.

My WiFi is finally working again, after almost 2 weeks of it being down. I won’t lie the @Vodacom111 agent that’s been working on this has truly reminded me about the importance of good customer service.
