Right now Vodacom Tanzania is failing on all front. MPesa is not working, internet is slow as ever and calls are not going through. Worst still is the customer care, so frustrating with template answers. @VodacomTanzania at least try to get one thing right!

More than 2 hrs @VodacomTanzania is down in Mbeya no any clarification from Vodacom. No Call's, No Sms, No M-pesa.... What should we do with the loss you make on us? @TCRA What is your responsibility on this?

Dear vodacom , my fiber is down since 28 of Feb. A technician was scheduled for 7 March at 12 , never come , never communicated nothing. I call 0821904 everyday without help. I try to Dm is not allowing me . @Vodacom111 @Vodacom take us serious we pay for to receive service

Hi @Vodacom Your fibre has been tripping and going down for hours since yesterday. This is frustrating and nobody responds when I ask about this

I am extremely frustrated by @Vodacom it’s been 3 months of unresolved issues. My package come with a router and the router was faulty they collected it. Took my old router which l have been using. 3 months down the line no replacement router which l don’t need but pay for😢

Vodacom is a sh*tty network lately, most of the time it is down. My mornings plans have been ruined, now I have to see ebusuku ukuthi iyasebenza.
