Is Blizzard down? ❌

@BlizzardCS any rhyme or reason as to why my account got banned for “cheating”? I’ve submitted at least two web tickets in 2 weeks yet I haven’t heard anything from anyone. I could understand if I were to actually cheat but to unjustly ban an account I’ve spent money on is wild

Blizzard please idk if this is a bug but My audio settings reset EVERY TIME I open the game. It’s the most annoying thing to deal with. And it genuinely gets overwhelming😭 I beg fix this

@BlizzardCS I’ve been logged out of my account and for some reason my email address isn’t recognised, when I clicked “forgot email address” the email that got sent to my phone is completely different mine and now I can’t log in

I have never seen Blizzard devs tripping over themselves more than MOP Remix. Between extremely buggy DF Season 4, catastrophically bugged Cata Classic and the embarrassment that is MOP Remix; what is going on over there at Blizzard?

@BlizzardCS Just got my account perma banned today. No email, even in spam/junk folder. The previous day I received an unexpected warning, played 4 or 5 games after with friends. None of them have any idea what i could have done to get banned. Pls help. US99185434

So @BlizzardCS @ATVI_AB and @PlayStation are refusing to give me a refund for a purchase I made in Diablo 4. The error message in game said that it was “unable to process transaction, please try again later”, tried two more times and got charged for all 3. Class action anyone?

Xbox series x, 325 Mbps, performance for this game has never been worse. Problems at launch were minimal for me but this patch (despite all the positive changes) has made the game physically unplayable. @Diablo @BlizzardCS
