It has now been 8 days of a @Rogers network issue impacting only my phone that does not allow for incoming texts. I have connected with them 4 times. They still haven’t provided any promised updates and the issue still isn’t fixed. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

I suggest everyone experiencing @Rogers internet problems file a @CCTS_CPRST report if they've been dealing with issues for a while. I've been dealing with a network congestion issue for over 9 months and they still haven't fixed the problem. Insane how this is legal.

Trying to log into @Rogers Open network at a coffee shop as our residence has Internet through Shaw. Won’t accept username/PW so trying to change. Often get many errors with #Rogers. Allowing Shaw purchase to go through was a BAD move by @liberal_party.
Gotta love @RogersHelps they send me a defective modem ( confirmed ) and won’t send me a replacement unless someone comes to trouble shoot and install ! I installed this the first time. Tech came out a month ago and checked everything same issue @rogers customer service sucks

The #CRTC's "Measuring Broadband" report will be out on Wednesday. The Rogers "Canada-Wide Outage" report will be out of Friday, 4-pm. The CBC file sent back by cabinet starts on Thursday. In-between the CRTC is blocking proxies, shells & VPS's, you won't notice.
