Horrendous migration of First Republic Bank accounts into @Chase - issues: user access, wire limits, most wires/ach/bill pay flagged for fraud and locked account, support just didn’t call back, “not eligible” for deposit, mobile app access, rep contact info removed/dropped. FAIL.

I applied for and received a Chase credit card. It arrived with a typo. I called cust svce, who sent me a legal name change form. MY NAME HASN'T CHANGED. This was a bank error. @ChaseSupport, can you please help?

My Collection track has been glitchy all week. Whenever I tap any reward it gives me an error message. At least I can still play the game. Sorry Chase.
