So EE TV is not working on the night of the biggest football match of the year and their response on the customer service live chat is “go to @YouTube” and watch the match! Very helpful @bt_uk @EE @footballontnt

Frustrated with @EE customer service: they disconnect when you try to phone; don’t have a chat or email address, impossible to raise any issue with. Regulator should investigate #offcom

Anyone having problems with EE mobile today?

Day 57 of no @bt_uk broadband/ phone. Replacement @EE 4g mini hub gives 5mbps. Chaotic processes have shut the mini hub off I think 6 times now, in error. Not able to work, kids can't revise for GCSEs nor game & I still have to pay each month. Help @VodafoneUK or @SkyHelpTeam

That’s it I’m done with @EE broadband. Off for a week, saying it’s a problem with BT and if I want to pay an extra £7 for a 4g router I can get the internet back. I’m cancelling the service and going back to sky !

Interesting that @EE @Waterstones @bupaglobal have ALL experienced extremely slow systems today citing « network issues » and I wonder whether a cyber attack is brewing in the UK. 🧐

when Facebook & WhatsApp etc go down, it’s usually for like 2-4 hours, but EE has had no signal for at least 6 hours now 🙃

searched “EE” on here to see if anyone’s having broadband issues but, as with every vague search term, thousands of **** ***** @elonmusk well done pal

Hey @virginmedia issues with your internet ! The app keeps asking me to reset the Hub which has been done about 5 times now and still nothing as a new customer who has just switched to your service right now its worse than @EE

I am absolutely fed up since @BT changed my broadband to @EE . It is slower, I have to keep relogging into YouTube (maybe a site problem, don't know), and have difficulty getting into my emails, despite keep changing my password! 🤬🤬🤬

So for 2nd time since Sunday late morning @ThreeUK having problems with me not being able to make any calls, only moved from @EE a few months ago, so the search for a new mobile provider starts today #rubbish #notreliable #three

It's been down since around 8PM. @EE keeps changing the fix time, but doesn't tell us what's wrong. @bt_uk customers in the village having issues, too. I'm sure I have some kind of guarantee through ee. Hmm.

Problems with internet today, shows connected at normal speed but not carrying a signal, like railway lines but no trains. It's intermittant, problem seems to be at ISP end. local EE mast (my fallback using my Mobile) also has problems. Not my day for Online seemingly!

I'm trying to speak to an actual customer service person @EE . I've dialled 150 from my phone but there is absolutely no option to speak to someone. I purely want to query an error on my bill. Please advise on how I can achieve this via your 150 number. Thank you

I paid my EE phone bill. Why’s there no internet ?

I have had basically no 5G or signal since Sunday evening and all EE has to say about it is "There's a fault. Have you considered WiFi calling?", like ma'am, if I had WiFi, the lack of 5G would simply not be a problem.

Bt been on hold over a hour and now just been told they are closing in 20 minutes and I will be disconnected, with no internet @bt_uk @EE @BTCare
