Natwest updated its app a good while ago now and it's still tripping me up. For some reason they made the edges of the keypad less defined. I've only logged in on the first try like twice in the last year and risk locking myself out every time now, I can't hit the boxes right

App and online banking failing😡. Finally found out it's a 'major outage' but nothing from #natwest to let us know. Do they not have a 24/7 team ready to fix these problems quickly ? Waiting is not an option for a lot of their customers😡
