Hello @O2 Why do you use dpd postal service? Meant to be next day delivery and my phone is not here. They have not updated me since 24th May. You are taking all my money for a new phone and you cannot get my phone to me by next day. Bank holiday on not an excuse.

So @O2 ypur customer service rep cannot track down my phone. Noone knows when It's coming. The rep said a new one might have to be sent. All i'm getting is £10 off my bill whilst DPD courier service has lost or stolen a phone worth a lot of money. Not good enough.

So now @o2 I’m in arrears for an IPad Pro that I’ve not even ordered, bought or received, people be warned that this company has seriously got problems!!!

Does anyone else have the issue with @O2 #5G where it can’t even load a webpage? and when it does work it’s slower and less reliable than 4G used to be? #iphone15

The battle with @o2 just gets worse! They admit they made an error, sent emails to confirm this! Don’t sent the correct forms through to the credit agency so I end up with a default - and after all that say I still owe them money!! NEVER even been with them - @Ofcom it is then 😡

Is there an issue with @O2 data? Never once ran out of internet the length of time I’ve had contracts with them yet in April the airtime has increased and the data is going quicker?

Why is it when my phone says it’s connected to 3G it acts as though it’s not connected to anything. Anybody else on @O2 having the same issues? SIM changed, contacted customer services - NO REPLY!

Anyone had it where you buy a phone online from @O2 it get’s stuck in “processing” they say it’s an error but nothing they can do but in meantime they cant cancel it your in a weird limbo, because it’s weeks now we need a new phone it’s been escalated 3 times… still nothing!

Over two months now and @O2 still haven’t fixed the issue with my phone. And I keep paying. Great customer service.

My @O2 phone isn't working abroad due to O2's problems for 3rd day and the latest response is 'Thanks for your message. One of the team will be back in touch within 72 hours.'

O2 Why are you now putting the phone down on business customers? Again we waited 20 minutes only for another Indian to answer and then put the phone down. 02 you are not like the adverts ard you?

My phone is still not working after moving @o2 - please chill. Hoping that @o2 will have it fixed by Monday

So we totally forgot like 12 hours into the power outage that we had gotten mom a generator because of her O2. So we grabbed it and hooked it up. We powered WiFi, both fridges, a few lights, a few fans, charged our phones, watched our TVs. Jules charged her pump. Highly recommend

When are @O2 going to fix their website bug stopping me from adding my already-validated Open discount? Their website error will potentially cost me over £300 if not resolved in the next 14 days. 🤷🏻‍♂️
