Another weekend and yet am back on mobile data as @virginmedia has cut my broadband and @SkyHelpTeam has cut my tv access been offline for over an hour it's been a constant on going problem for over a week as I'm constantly being cut off every week
Why am I paying a **** ton of money each month for @skytv when 90% of even basic channels are like this? @SkyHelpTeam sort your **** out, it should not be down to me to fix myself
Not impressed. @SkyHelpTeam should have cancelled my broadband on 30th April, but haven't due to a technical issue. They are still billing me for it. @BBCWatchdog @MartinSLewis
My internet came back on Saturday only to go off again on Tuesday. Having spoken to engineers they now have 3 working days to fix it because it’s a ‘new ticket’ even though its obviously a continuation of last weeks problem. I hope @SkyHelpTeam have a good refund policy!
If you have time please let us know what you think of @SkyHelpTeam . Personally, dreadful customer service, films advertised to watch but get the same error message! Shocking customer service.

we love it when @SkyHelpTeam wifi goes down when i’m busy writing a bunch of work, so now it doesn’t save and i have to redo it all and stress over it all again even more. sure it says that they’re doing maintenance but absolutely nowhere near me so what’s the excuse?? 😒 FIX IT
Hi @SkyHelpTeam. Thanks for leaving me without broadband for at least 3 but possibly 5 working days which means no Sky Glass, no Internet, no gaming for our kids. You entice us into buying a complete package only to desert us when we have a problem 🤬
Hey @SkyHelpTeam, I’ve had internet issues all weekend with it just dropping which I could cope with. Now I’m meant to be WFH and I can’t do anything online. I’ve unplugged and turned off and on again but still nothing. Is there issues with the SP area?

Day 57 of no @bt_uk broadband/ phone. Replacement @EE 4g mini hub gives 5mbps. Chaotic processes have shut the mini hub off I think 6 times now, in error. Not able to work, kids can't revise for GCSEs nor game & I still have to pay each month. Help @VodafoneUK or @SkyHelpTeam

3-5 days without a working Sky Mobile phone when my wife has a life limiting illness is totally unacceptable. Clearly is a SIM issue but online chat just going through the motions with scripted responses. Sometimes not even addressing the issue! How do I complain @SkyHelpTeam?
Not @SkyUK cancelling my Internet order with no explanation and now apparently unable to re-order until next week. Leaving me working from home without Internet for however long a new order takes. Not to mention paying for TV services I can't use because...no Internet.

so @SkyHelpTeam - openreach engineer was booked for today between 8am and 1pm. now 4pm not a sign of an engineer and broadband and phone still offline. No updates either!!! I'm paying you for a service and you can't deliver. #ISP #shockingservice
