Why do @SkyHelpTeam make it so difficult for you to actually contact them? Forcing you down FAQs and online guides which don't answer the query. Frustrating!

Day 57 of no @bt_uk broadband/ phone. Replacement @EE 4g mini hub gives 5mbps. Chaotic processes have shut the mini hub off I think 6 times now, in error. Not able to work, kids can't revise for GCSEs nor game & I still have to pay each month. Help @VodafoneUK or @SkyHelpTeam

Can tell my @SkyHelpTeam contract is ending tommorow. The last 4 days I’ve had nothing but “there’s a problem with your satellite signal” messages and broken pictures….. wierd it’s never done this in the last 3 years of having sky and I’m sure it’s a innocent coincidence 🤔🤔

3-5 days without a working Sky Mobile phone when my wife has a life limiting illness is totally unacceptable. Clearly is a SIM issue but online chat just going through the motions with scripted responses. Sometimes not even addressing the issue! How do I complain @SkyHelpTeam?
Not @SkyUK cancelling my Internet order with no explanation and now apparently unable to re-order until next week. Leaving me working from home without Internet for however long a new order takes. Not to mention paying for TV services I can't use because...no Internet.

Can not believe my satellite signal has gone for no reason. Booked an engineer to come and fixed it going to take 3+ weeks to come and fix 🤯🤦♂️ @SkyUK I need tv for my kids .
so @SkyHelpTeam - openreach engineer was booked for today between 8am and 1pm. now 4pm not a sign of an engineer and broadband and phone still offline. No updates either!!! I'm paying you for a service and you can't deliver. #ISP #shockingservice

.@skyhelpteam Why can't you respond to email asking for confirmation of an alleged date to sort broadband 3 weeks after previously failed to do so? Email response to first just asked me to message or call you. Must be deliberately trying to grind down, after this 3rd May:
Update on my internet... I'm doomed! 🤣 @SkyUK have emailed me informing me there is an issue with my line, and they can't resolve it, so I'm free to leave. Spoke with one of the support guys and apparently their system won't even allow him to book a @WeAreOpenreach engineer🙄
It pays to speak with your neighbors 😊 Earlier after speaking with @SkyUK about my internet issues and them saying it can’t be resolved, I asked the lady next door… Same package and both with Sky, but nowhere near the same service! My 3.7 vs her 56.8… not happy at all!
Another day another @SkyUK broadband issue.. not it wont stay connected.. disconnects every 15 minutes then have to wait till wednesday for help? Tf...but my bills late your on the phone the same day... joke

Hey @bt_uk @SkyHelpTeam had fiber installed by open reach an came back to an a cable attached to the centre of my house. Just so it's nice and easy to run the cable down. It could of been attached to the left or right!?!? Unacceptable and the chat bots are most unhelpful.
