Wow. So let me talk about this. 1) my data usage randomly runs out after 1 weeks when I never go over, I assume there is an error and contact @ThreeUK 2) they tell me online it is an error and to ignore it, I have loads of data. 3) they cut off me data Continued....

So for 2nd time since Sunday late morning @ThreeUK having problems with me not being able to make any calls, only moved from @EE a few months ago, so the search for a new mobile provider starts today #rubbish #notreliable #three

I have never use a telecommunication service that has an app that is so POORLY designed. Some sort of issue happens every SINGLE MONTH. Can’t make any phone call today because apparently my voice allowance expires at 2222. Fix it @ThreeUK

Yet more internet issues to start the week - the sooner I find a suitable alternative home broadband to replace @ThreeUK the better. They’ve finally admitted the new ‘improved’ router is at fault - but not before they insisted my laptop was the issue. Useless company!

Why does @ThreeUK force your phone to down load particular apps after an update, saying they are essential? Mate, Pinterest hasn't been essential for decades.

Is it just me? Does anyone else currently have problems with @ThreeUK who cut my phone off even though I contacted them and thought I’d solved this with them several times this week. Being away from home hard enough sometimes without your phone being unreasonably disconnected

Incoming calls not working on @ThreeUK - no one in support can fix it. Told to get a new SIM, so went out and did that. 4 hours later, SIM card still not working. Now told that SIM activation is broken, so can't see if new SIM solves the original problem! @ThreeUKSupport

Can barely get a mobile signal in EH6. Internet is totally broken. Been like this since Friday night. Had to pay 7.99 for EE wifi for a day. Who do I contact to get a refund for this @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK ? You need to fix your service in this area NOW!

I think @ThreeUKSupport / @ThreeUK are having issues. Strong 5G signal on phone but can’t get anything to load, and if it does - it’s at snails pace.

Anyone else use @ThreeUK as their mobile provider, and are having issues with sending texts? For four days I've been unable to. And 4G is sporadic to say the least. They've always been reliant for me, for years. Tech side are unable to help....I'm suspecting storm damage to masts

1) Yet again @ThreeUKSupport make it impossible for thier network to be used for business purposes, as yet again the network goes down for the entire day, making me once again needing to resort to ANOTHER NETWORK entierly, paying for the privilege, in order to get same service
