Very poor #customerservice from @virginmedia 😠 lying saying there are no issues with my broadband, yet everyone in the same postcode is without service!!
Also paying Virgin Media over £100 a month for TV & Broadband when the services are down half the time and all they do is tell you to reboot your routers.. Funny how none of these problems happened before they switched to the ****** new modems

Spend an hour on the phone to @virginmedia because your internet is down. Do an outage check, no outage and book an appointment with an “engineer” then get told the system now says there is a fault. Check the system and no fault #SHAMBLES

1/2 Last Friday 18th May 2024 @virginmedia cut my wi-fi where I was offline for 4 days, on Tuesday 21st May 2024 my wi-fi was reinstated, then all of a sudden 2 days after getting internet back I have been cut off again seems to be happening a lot

Hey @virginmedia issues with your internet ! The app keeps asking me to reset the Hub which has been done about 5 times now and still nothing as a new customer who has just switched to your service right now its worse than @EE

Apologies for the radio silence @virginmedia here has been down in our area since Friday night. Looks like the issue has finally been fixed and we have working internet once again.
Had @virginmedia for just over 2 weeks now have error codes when trying to playback ANYTHING recorded or even pause live TV. Absolute joke I've had nothing but issues since signing up. Customer support is non existent!
Well its back to using mobile data again as @virginmedia have cut my wi-fi for 2nd time in 3 days My wi-fi has been down since 5.30pm yesterday afternoon still down now after 12 hours
