@JagexSupport I'd go back and get more solid information but as you know I cannot access the email to find it... I literally have my authenticator. Logged in a few days ago. My account is essentially banned as I will never be able to unlock it because I cannot access the email...

@JagexSupport With all the respect, I need manual help? None of these options work, I can’t unlock because I don’t don’t receive emails…I can’t change the email because I don’t receive the confirmation… I physically DO NOT receive any emails so how can I change anything or unlock the acc?
