Is MailChimp down? ❌

I was excited to send my first newsletter's first issue, but Mailchimp keeps redirecting me to an error page. I really don't want to start over with a different email service 😠

I'm having issues with @Mailchimp . I'm getting error 404 when trying to send a campaign and not able to edit the subject line. Anybody else? @MailchimpHelp @MailchimpStatus #mailchimpissues #mailchimphelp

I have been unable to log into @Mailchimp all day yesterday, and still today. When I try, I get an error page that says to contact @MailchimpHelp with the following info. (IP address, system details) But then when I try to contact help, I'm told I need to upgrade to get help.

I find mailchimp started off as a website company and solving email newsletter problems repeatedly got the founders writing mailchimp. Marc Louvion created 20 websites and then created shipfa . st to capture the process into a Nextjs template.

Does anyone here use Mailchimp and have constant reliability issues? One of my clients does and they see timeouts, server errors, etc, almost daily. I want to understand how widespread this is. Mailchimp’s support team has been useless.
