Whenever you order with a coupon on your app, canceling an order before making a purchase uses said coupon with no purchase made and forces a user to wait. This has been a glitch for over a year. I trouble shot all the steps already, so no tech support bs @McDonalds

I think @McDonalds should have an app for when the ice cream machine is down 🫠

Probably not most people's experience but I found McDonald's app so glitchy that attempting to use it sucked so much time and caused so many problems that I found that I was always getting french fries with a side of rage. Was not worth it.

The fact that @McDonalds is advertising their frozen drinks is comical at best. Their frozen drink machine is down more days than they’re open.

Today is crazy and I have zero groceries due to the power outage so I ordered the only thing open near me. This was supposed to be a Big Mac. It is not. You’re on my list, @McDonalds. 😤

I swear @McDonaldsUK and @ubereats_uk take the **** sometimes. I tried doing an order on the McDonald's app for delivery which comes through via uber yet when I changed my card details to a more recent one it gave me an error code but taken my points and ring fenced the money...?

My wife is sick today, and requested a milkshake. The only two options near us are @McDonalds & @Whataburger - the one time we stopped at this McDs, their shake machine was down (shocker I know). So I’ve never returned. Whataburger got my business and my wife is happy!

Had a technical issue with the @McDonalds mobile app today where PayPal was charged but I got only an error message from McDonald's. They had no record at the store but I showed Kieth the GM my receipt and he took good care of me.

The worst app I have used or still use is definitely the McDonald's app. I think I only updated the app about 8 years ago. It's just a reminder of how wealthy I want to become, because you need to be flowing with money to not care how garbage your app gets and not even fix it.
