Pa rant lang for a bit. Been talking to #PLDT and chatting with @PLDT_Cares regarding a problem with their service that has been pestering me since May 8. Each time I call, they say they’ll create a ticket for a tech visit. Wala namang technician na pumupunta. 😿

@jracsis Have you already tried to unplug and re-plug the modem? While you are at it, can you check if there are loosened or damaged cables? If ever, kindly gently push all the wiring connected to the modem.
