Got to give credit where it is due, booked @priceline hotel in @UniversalORL area, hotel ended up oversold, customer service got me a new hotel and credited my account for the issue. Handled very well and professionally!

Why is booking travel so hard? Issues with the flight/HUGE hotel issue with @priceline. It shouldn’t be this hard to go on vacation. You pick a hotel based on amenities, cost, location, etc. Then find out afterwards that most of those amenities are closed. I’m no lawyer, but 🤔

on hold with @priceline won't cancel the car reservation due to their error.
